  • Provides sufficient resources for the effective QMS implementation; including training, support and empowerment
  • Communicates the importance of effective quality management implementation, encourages, engages and supports personnel’s contribution to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS
  • Supports other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility
  • Routinely monitors, assesses, evaluates and reports performance in key activities to make informed and effective decisions on how to improve our products, processes and the Quality Management System.
  • Reviews in an annual base the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the Quality Policy itself, in order to achieve continuous improvement.
