Each 5G NR mmWave Radio integrates a large array of transceivers with beam-forming capabilities. The dense network deployment and the active antenna arrays impose the use of high-yield high performance semiconductor processes. Weasic’s 5G portfolio comprises LNAs, Power Amplifiers, switches, phase shifters, and all the auxiliary supportive blocks such as negative voltage generators, power detectors, baseband processing and control functions. Weasic also offers high end synthesizers in SiGe and in CMOS-SOI with low phase noise and unparalleled power dissipation, fully supporting the strict 5G frequency generation requirements.
