The WEA4S8TSMC55 is a wide band fractional–N frequency synthesizer with low fractional spurs. It can generate an RF signal ranging from 4.4 GHz up to 6.4 GHz with a bank of 3 integrated VCOs (option 1) and 6.87 GHz up to 7.75 GHz with a bank of 2 integrated VCOs (option 2).  The synthesizer has integrated frequency autocalibration and phase synchronization mechanisms. The WEA4S8TSMC55 is powered by a 1.8 V supply.
