The WEA1014S45G is a wide band fractional–N frequency synthesizer with integrated VCOs. It uses a reference input ranging from 20 MHz to 300 MHz, with the use of a XTAL buffer / XTAL Oscillator. The WEA1014S45G generates RF signals spanning from 10 GHz up to 14GHz. The synthesizer has the ability to automatically lock into the desired frequency with the aid of an autocalibration algorithm. The WEA1014S45G is implemented in the GlobalFoundries 45RFSOI process and powered by a single 1.8 V supply.
