The WEA10PS22 is a 6-bit digital phase shifter. It operates over 9 – 11 GHz while providing 90 degrees of phase coverage with a LSB of 0.7 degrees. The WEA10PS22 features low RMS phase error of 0.28 degrees and return loss of less than -10 dB across all phase states. The WEA10PS22 phase shifter is controlled with positive control logic of 0/0.8 V. It is fabricated on GlobalFoundries 22FDX process targeting Phased Array Antenna and Satellite Communication Systems. It is also suited for Automotive Radar applications.
